All prices displayed on our website include VAT. Shipping costs, applicable duties, and import taxes are calculated and shown at checkout — before you pay.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order arrives in a compact, weatherproof letterbox-friendly box made from recycled materials — carefully sized to protect your pieces and fit through your door without being folded or crammed.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@siegeofparis.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift vouchers?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping or gift vouchers at checkout. However, if you would like something arranged for a special occasion, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are based in Leiden, the Netherlands — birthplace of Rembrandt, and the city where the Pilgrim Fathers lived for eleven years before sailing to the New World in 1620.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all supported destinations worldwide. Domestic orders within the Netherlands are shipped via standard courier; all international orders are dispatched via express courier.

Supported shipping destinations can be found in the footer of our website or by entering your destination in the shopping cart. If your country does not appear, we do not currently ship there.
